Common questions

How much rent can I get?
It depends on the area, the size of the property and its condition. We give you a realistic figure based on the current market, not a flattering one.

Should I let it furnished or unfurnished?
A furnished property can earn a higher rent, but you replace the furniture as it wears. If you let unfurnished, provide at least a cooker, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.
