The location of Chelsea, on the north bank of the Thames and across the river from Battersea park and zoo makes it an ideal location for many families to relocate to. This desired location is one reason why property values are rising as quickly as they are.

A nice studio is selling for £300,000 in one part of Chelsea while another is selling for over £500,000 in another part. If you want bedrooms, expect to pay over £1,000,000.
