Kilburn

A lively high street on the old Roman road, with three stations.

Kilburn grew up along Kilburn High Road, which follows the line of the old Roman road from London to St Albans. The high street is busy with shops, markets and restaurants, and the Kiln Theatre is a local landmark. Queen's Park, West Hampstead and Maida Vale are all close by.

Transport is a strength: Kilburn (Jubilee line), Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line) and Kilburn High Road (Overground) stations all serve the area. Most homes are flats in converted Victorian houses and mansion blocks, with some houses on the side streets.
