The riverside along Upper Mall and Lower Mall has historic pubs, rowing clubs and Georgian houses, close to Hammersmith Bridge. Getting around
Hammersmith has two stations: one on the Piccadilly and District lines, with direct trains to Heathrow and the West End, and one on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. Buses run in all directions, and the A4 leads to the M4 and Heathrow.
