Its City of Westminster, West End of London location means that a bargain price for a home is going to cost you about £1,000,000 or slightly more. Most semi-detached homes on average were selling for just over £3,300,000.

The terraced and flat options were selling on average at £2,900,000 & £1,400,000 respectively. While these prices may seem low when compared to more luxurious neighbourhoods, those prices were a 9% increase over the previous year’s sales.

These prices do not mean that you cannot find some grand flats, apartments or houses for more than 10,000,000. The most expensive housing is on the market for 23,000,000 and it is in need of modernization.

You will also find quite a selection of homes selling for 8 figures in this area. On the flip side, there are homes and flats selling for under £500,000. Their price does not take away

from the elegant look of their exteriors or interiors.
